Senior fitness class.
Sit & Get Fit:
This low impact class uses movements to improve range of motion, agility and functional skills for daily activities, in addition to increasing muscular strength. Exercises will improve flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. Light resistance will be in the form of resistance bands and/or light weights. Chairs will be used during seated segments. Fun, Challenging & Effective. Adapated for all Fitness Levels. Modified for Physical Limitations. Taught by a certified personal trainer and group instructor.
