This Fit Kidz Sport & Wellness coed program will develop the abilities of boys and girls needed to participate in the popular game of Football! Our activities help children to develop leadership, cooperation, self-esteem, creativity and the sense of fair play. The emphasis throughout the activities is on fun and teamwork, not winning or losing.

Participants need to bring the following:
Bag lunch, two (2) snacks and a drink/water each day.
