How to Play American MAHJONG

Ages 18 and up! MAHJONG is played with 4 players seated around a table. Tiles are shuffled, die are cats and rituals involving the allocation of tiles and then the exchange of tile begin. The first person to match a hand of 13 tiles and thus call " MAHJONG" ends the game. Where upon tiles are scored and a winner is declared!
