About Burn & Firm: FUN. Full Body Light- Weight Lifting& Cardio Sets.
(Ages 16-65- Modifications encouranged and demonstrated for those new to the Programs. ALL equipment is provided.)
This program is for anyone looking to get LEAN, TONED, and FIT! Using light to moderate weight and high repetition, BURN & FIRM give you a total body workout while toning every muscle in your body. Many can burn up to 595 calories* in this 60 min. class, plus gaining more muscle revs up your metabolism helping your bodies burn more calories at rest. A Certified Personal Trainer; CPT will coach you through every workout and ensure your every move and technique is safe and effective. Our trainers are always pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve not only a GREAT workout, but also a FUN workout!
