This Cardio interval PEAK fitness workout uses the science of "metabolic circuits" to crank up your calorie-burn for the most efficient and effective fat-loss workout ever designed. You'll alternate between lower and upper body resistance exercises at a fast pace to maximize your time, speed your results, and leave you so exhilarated you'll be counting down the minutes until your next workout!
Workouts include kick boxing, battling ropes, speed bags, and more. All equipment that is needed is provided by BeeFIT services.
