This program is a super productive ALL BODY workout engaging different muscle groups by utilizing a variety of exercises. Each MC session focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD); it’s NEVER THE SAME WORKOUT!! Each session is designed for each person to work at the intensity you can sustain while resistance training, using a variety of exercise equipment as well as a partner. It’s a FULL BODY workout while engaging your “CORE” muscles the entire time. This class is suitable for all healthy individuals; perfect is you’re looking to drop body weight & tone muscles.
