About Cardio, Core & More!
This class offers a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio segments. Never get bored. Each class is different, designed to change and target all major muscles groups – (especially your core) in a variety of ways. We utilize a mix of free weights, resistance bands, steps, your body weight, stability balls, and much more. High intensity interval training sequences are used to build your cardiovascular fitness while also improving your muscular strength and endurance. HIIT is a full-body workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. It doesn’t have to be high impact. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises designed to help you push to your max without pounding your joints. Exercises are suited for a beginner to a fitness fanatic.
