About Cross Fitness
This class is designed to strengthen the cardiovacular system, tone muscles,and booth balance, flexibility, endurance and speed. We use Mega Balls, Resistance Bands, BOSU, Battaling Ropes, Speed Sacs, and other equipment in order to keep the fun and challenge going. Exercises can be modified to accomodate all fitness levels.
Great for Buddy System Workouts. Team up with a friend or spouse!
