Athletic Field Weather Hotline: (804) 769-3011 ext. 4297. In the event of field closures due to weather/field conditions, a message will be left on the Hotline and an alert will posted on the Parks & Rec. Website.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Reservatons for the Recreational Park are made through King William County Department of Parks and Recreation. The Department will be glad to answer any questions you may have, check available dates and arrange for a rental agreement if you desire.
Reservations may be made by phone followed by payment and a completed facility use form within 10 business days. Shelter Reservation Form and Athletic Field Allocation Request Form are available online, click on Dept. Info from the Department's Home Page.
