-Vinyasa Yoga with Erika McCurry-
Learn to move your body and breath as you transition from pose to pose. This progressive class will allow you to create heat through sun salutations which promotes a healthy cardio lifestyle. We will also move through a series of poses each week that will increasing flexibility, strengthen and improve balance. All fitness levels are welcome.
Materials needed: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and yoga strap
*Mats will be distanced 6 feet apart. Please wear a mask before and after class.
