Tuesday: Gentle yoga
Stretch, lengthen, increase mobility and flexibility through yoga postures that are designed with a more gentle approach. We will go through a series of simple flow sequences designed for those new to yoga or otherwise want a more gentle approach. No experience necessary. A yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and yoga strap are recommended.
Thursday: Vinyasa yoga
Learn to move your body and breath as you transition from pose to pose. This progressive class will allow you to create heat through sun salutations which promotes a healthy cardio lifestyle. We will also move through a series of poses each week that will increasing flexibility, strengthen and improve balance. All fitness levels are welcome. A yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and yoga strap are recommended.
Register for one of the two classes at $50/6 weeks or register for both classes at a discounted rate of $85/6 weeks.
