FITNESS CLASSES WITH LYNNE UZEL
- Cardio Fitness -
One hour class combines a cardiovascular workout to burn calories
with a toning segment to work on abs,and upper & lower body.
Layered instruction so appropriate for beginners through advanced.
Please bring a mat &/or towel and a filled water bottle.
Please note these are now 7 sessions and a minimum of 4 participants are required in order for the class to be offered
As a fitness instructor,
I am VERY interested in hearing from the community about their interests and other days that are preferred, if the ones provided do not work.
